Airnet Remote air Particle Counter

Capture data continuously with the data queue feature that maintains data integrity and eliminating data loss. And reduce maintenance costs with automated alarm systems that help detect issues early.

Data Integrity and Management

A built‑in data queue preserves measurements during network interruptions, ensuring decisions are based on complete, trustworthy information.

Take immediate corrective actions to maintain optimal vacuum performance with the Dynamic Flow Sensing system. This triggers an alarm with a 15% change in flow conditions.

Continuous vigilance — Ethernet and Modbus TCP/IP connectivity (with optional 4‑20 mA) integrate seamlessly with FacilityPro®, Facility Net, and Pharmaceutical Net Pro to centralize monitoring and alarms.

Versatile Power Options

Maximize deployment of Airnet® II / IIs as it can be configured to accept distributed power from an in-house system, local power plugin, or Power over Ethernet (PoE). Plus, easily install the device where you need it thanks to its ultra-small footprint.

Two Models: 2 or 4 Channel

Get the right Airnet® II / IIs system for your process; choose from the 2 or 4 channel models:

2 Channel Model

Cost-effective for pharmaceutical cleanrooms, isolators, and critical points where only two size thresholds are required.

  • particle sizes: 0.5 & 5.0 µm
  • flow rate: 1.0 CFM

4 Channel Model

Better for multi-location monitoring, trend analysis, and environments needing detailed particle size distribution.

  • particle sizes: 0.2–10.0 µm (varies by model)
    • 201-4: 0.2, 0.3, 0.5, 1.0 µm
    • 501-4: 0.5, 1.0, 5.0, 10.0 µm
  • flow rate: 0.1 or 1.0 CFM
