Starting as a research and development scientist when he joined Particle Measuring Systems in 1995, Mr. Mitchell discovered that he enjoyed working with customers to solve their problems. As a result, he became more involved in the commercial aspects of the business. After holding positions at the company in various other capacities, Mr. Mitchell was appointed president of Particle Measuring Systems. He has written and presented more than 25 technical papers around the world and is the inventor or co-inventor on 10 patents. Outside of work, Mr. Mitchell enjoys spending time with his family and golfing.
Ms. Allen has worked in a variety of Accounting and Financial Planning & Analysis roles in her more than 10 years at Particle Measuring Systems, including Senior Accountant, Senior Business Partner, Manager and Director of FP&A. She holds a BBA in Accounting as well as a BBA in Finance, holds active CPA licenses in multiple states, and prior to her tenure at PMS, she was an auditor for Pricewaterhouse Coopers. In her current position, she enjoys developing business intelligence for corporate key decision making, cross-functional collaboration and problem solving.
Outside of work, Ms. Allen enjoys Friday night movie nights with her family, trail cycling, and extended-family summer pool parties.
Mr. Knollenberg provides performance-leading solutions to the microelectronics, display and industrial sectors. In his more than 15 years at Particle Measuring Systems, Mr. Knollenberg has held a variety of technology and leadership roles in product development, global applications and general management. In addition to his experience at Particle Measuring Systems, Mr. Knollenberg has held marketing and business leadership positions in the thin film vacuum process equipment industry. Mr. Knollenberg is actively involved in several nonprofit organizations. Prior to his professional career, he served with the United States Army. When not at work, he spends time in the mountains hiking, fishing and spending time with family.
Mr. Davis has been with Particle Measuring Systems for over 7 years. Before taking on his current role, he served as Director of Service and Global Applications Engineering Manager for the Electronics Division at PMS. John has held product management and R&D positions in the thin film vacuum equipment industry at Veeco Instruments and Applied Materials. Outside of work he enjoys skiing and hiking.
Mr. Panofen has an established foundation as a well-recognized and successful Leader in the Life Science industry, driving the sterility assurance business. He has wide-ranging experience in the field of applied pharmaceutical microbiology and has been an invited speaker at international conferences including ECA and PDA, with a strong regulatory background in pharmaceuticals. In his career he successfully covered positions in Sales, Application Support, Regional & Product Marketing. In his private life he loves to spend time in nature skiing, hiking and biking while additionally he supports his handball club as referee and member of the board.
Ms. Nasta joined Particle Measuring Systems in January 2019 as Vice President of Human Resources. Her background in strategic planning, cultural transformation, compensation programs, benefits and rewards, and organizational development spans multiple business sectors, settings, and industries including leadership experience at Wells Fargo, Shell Oil, Noodles & Company and Rocky Mountain Institute. Ms. Nasta holds Bachelor’s degrees in English and Business and an MBA from the University of South Dakota. Outside of work, Ms. Nasta enjoys staying active with her three kids and dog, trail running, and traveling.
Mr. Kibe joined Particle Measuring Systems in April 2017 and is responsible for the company’s Global Legal, Ethics and Compliance functions. Mr. Kibe has a Bachelor of Science degree in Environmental Engineering from the United States Military Academy and has his Juris Doctor from the University of Colorado School of Law. Mr. Kibe served in the United States Army and worked in sales prior to law school. He has practiced law for the last 16 years with 3 years being spent at a law firm in Denver and the 10 years prior to joining Particle Measuring Systems supporting two Fortune 250 companies as in-house counsel. When not at work, he enjoys spending time with his family and spending time outdoors.
Mr. Verma has worked at various levels in engineering and manufacturing operations functions in Electronic Manufacturing Services environment. He is experienced in implementing manufacturing strategies and key performance indices to drive business goals. Mr. Verma joins Particle Measuring Systems with over 20 years of experience in manufacturing operations and engineering disciplines. Most recently, Sanjeev held a position with Fabrinet as General Manager of operations where he managed global customer business accounts with profit and loss responsibilities and worked with cross functional teams in leading strategic projects, improving operational efficiencies and implementing continuous process improvement initiatives to reduce costs, maximize quality and productivity. He holds a Master’s in Manufacturing Technology and Bachelor’s in Mechanical Engineering. In his free time Mr. Verma enjoys spending time with his family, playing golf, sudoku, and watching documentaries.
Mr. Wiedmann brings with him a wealth of commercial and general management experience in global sales and business leadership roles across multiple industries. Most recently, he was with Danaher Group where he was Senior Sales Director DACH at Leica Microsystems. Prior to that, he held international sales and general management roles at Thermo Fisher Scientific and worked at Siemens, where he was responsible for business development and in-house consulting. Mr. Wiedmann earned his Executive MBA at WISO University, Nuremberg, and a Master of Science in Electrical Engineering at FAU, Erlangen. In his free time, he enjoys football (both European and American versions), skiing, swimming, and travel.
Mr. Hei started his career in Particle Measuring Systems as China General Manager and gradually extended managerial scope to entire Asia region. William ever experienced multiple functions is his career, including product marketing, solution sales, segment BU head, GM & board member of listed company. William is experienced in managing hybrid sales and service organization for key account management and solution business development. William is a certified trainer of KornFerry / Miller Heiman sales courses for Spectris Group. During his free-time, William enjoys reading, gym, travelling and spending time with his family.
