Environmental Control Cabinet for Liquid Particle Sensors
Overview
The PMS Environmental Control Cabinet for the Ultra DI® 20 and Chem 20™ particle sensors is designed to produce the highest-precision particle data at 20 nm, for the cleanest ultrapure water and process chemical systems in the world. The special environmental control design enables temperature control to the required level of 22 – 28 °C + 1 °C/hour.
For measuring particles as small as 20 nm, small environmental changes can impact data quality. The environmental cabinet stabilizes these changes, and ensures the most accurate particle data.
