Reflections on 2020
What lessons did we, as a global contamination control service provider to the Pharmaceutical manufacturing industry, learn in 2020? Last year handed out plenty of surprises, but there were also revelations in our ability to adapt to and overcome challenges that no one could have seen coming. From our Service Department to our Projects Validation and Installation Team, from Sales to Manufacturing, Particle Measuring Systems (PMS) employees themselves were continually astonished by what they were able to accomplish when the traditional business model was irretrievably broken and both we and our customers were forced to get the job done in new ways.

Click below to listen to part one of Frank Panofen, Global Marketing Manager at Particle Measuring Systems’ discussion with Rizwan Chaudhrey where they discuss how our employees rapidly adapted to the change in our customers’ needs for manufacturing support around the world in 2020.
How, from the perspective of a provider, did our customers in the Life Sciences industry change in 2020? Here, Frank and Rizwan discus how the global Pharma manufacturing industry changed in 2020 and how the politics of Pharmaceuticals will help the industry going forward.
Lastly, it’s safe to say that we are all eager to move from 2020 into 2021, but how can we as a company take what we learned in 2020 and transition successfully into the next phase of this new normal. Listen as Frank and Rizwan discus how our employees and technology will be our differentiating factor moving forward into 2021.
Join us for the next blog in this series where we anticipate how business in the global Life Sciences industry will change in 2021 and beyond.
