リモートサンプリング用浮遊菌インパクタ: BioCapt®

BioCapt®は、20本のスリットが放射状に精巧にカットされた、独自構造の浮遊菌捕集ヘッドです。Particle Measuring Systems の MiniCapt® Mobile 浮遊菌エアサンプラ、MiniCapt® Remote 浮遊菌エアサンプラ、FacilityPro® 環境モニタリングシステムに接続して使用します。
放射状スリットが作り出す層流により、培地に捕集された微生物が環境に由来するものなのか、別な原因によるものなのか、判別が容易で、偽陽性判定とそれにともなう汚染原因調査にかかる時間とコストを低減します。
市販の平板培地（直径 86 mm – 92 mm）を使用することができ、プレートの直径、培地の高さに応じた調整が可能です。
接続するエアサンプラや真空源の流量を25 L/分に設定すると、寒天培地を乾燥させずに長時間のサンプリングが可能です。
グレードAに分類されるようなクリティカルエリアの浮遊菌管理にとても有効です。
