The adaptable, new IsoAir® Pro-Plus is another option in Particle Measuring Systems’ customizable cleanroom monitoring solutions.
May 5, 2021 Boulder, CO – The IsoAir® Pro-Plus Remote Particle Counter from Particle Measuring Systems (PMS) incorporates the latest cleanroom monitoring technologies into one instrument to customize cleanroom monitoring. This new product meets the needs of particulate and analog environmental monitoring for the high tech and pharmaceutical manufacturing industries where flexible connectivity, instrument durability and world-class service and support are of value.
Loaded with features, this is our smallest footprint remote particle counter that is designed to give the user flexible installation options for power, Wifi, and analog and digital I/O capabilities. The external 316L stainless steel enclosure is liquid resistant with IP65 and NEMA 4X ratings that protect the unit during cleaning activities and harsh environments. The IsoAir Pro-Plus measures particulate contamination in up to 8 channels from 0.3 -25 µm and is resistant to Vaporized Hydrogen Peroxide (VHP). The integrated HEPA filtered blower reduces the need for extraneous external connections and supporting equipment. Together with the IsoAir Pro-E, this product completes the IsoAir Pro line of products.
“The IsoAir Pro-Plus particle counter is an example of how Particle Measuring Systems engineers flexibility into their products to meet the evolving and specific needs of their customers.” said Paul Dozoretz, Electronics Product Line Manager at Particle Measuring Systems. He continued, “Our products are supported by our global application team of experts as well as by our ‘excellent’ rated global service.”
After initial installation, the IsoAir Pro-Plus’ plug and play connectivity allows it to easily integrate into PMS or third-party facility monitoring and compliant data management software systems. Additionally, the quick release mounting bracket stores essential sensor data such as the IP address at the point of measurement, reducing the time and complexity of unit installation after calibration or servicing.
