Job Title: Inside Sales - Shanghai
Report to: GM
- Respond customer business requirement via inbound call (hotline), website live chatter and Wechat public account
- Create opportunity in CRM for qualified business requirement and assign it to sales rep
- Create account/contact in CRM for potential business requirement and assign it to sales rep
- Provide leads generation report to management team
- Outbound phone call to new leads collected via marketing campaign to qualify end customer requirement
- Convert leads to opportunity in CRM for qualified business requirement and assign it to sales rep
- Convert leads to contact in CRM for potential business requirement and assign it to sales rep
- Provide leads qualification report to marketing / management team
- Lead the CRM account creation and account/contacts maintenance
- Facilitate channel sales managers on new opportunity update
- Drive sales team on CRM opportunity update and correction
- Lead CRM report/dashboarding update per management requirement
Must to have
- Graduate with bachelor degree of Science, EE/Pharma/Instrument background is preferred
- More than 3-year experience as company inside sales
- More than 3-year experience on CRM system operation
- Excellent English communications in both oral and written.
- Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
- Excellent learning agility and innovation leadership
- Skillful on team collaboration and multi-tasking
- Self-motivated, decisive, initiative, open-minded, and detail-oriented.
- Willingness to take additional job and challenges
Nice to have
- 1-3 years working experience as field sales rep
- 1-3 years on Salesforce.com sales & marketing modules utilizatio
