Position: China Life Sciences Channel Sales Manager

Line Manager: China General Manager

General Desciption : China Channel Sales Manager is the business leader of PMS China Channel Business. This role is expected to achieve instrument business growth by nationwide distributors management and development with focus on better coverage and higher win-rate.

Key Responsibilities:

Business Management

  • Lead China channel business strategy definition & deployment
  • Lead the ethical management to all channel partners, include but not limited to distributors
  • Plan and allocate internal resource on marketing and service to facilitate distributor business

Channel management 

  • New channel partner development and current channel qualification  
  • Annual distributor agreement management, with focus on setting target & defining full year JAP (Joint Action Plan)
  • Distributor policy set up and implementation
  • Distributor stock order pipeline management in salesforce.com and distributor key project support
  • Distributor PMS product manager / sales training arrangement and competence evaluatiaon
  • Monthly business analysis with focus on sales achievement, invoicing statement, stock level and key win/loss
  • Quarterly evaluation and Rebate calculation


  • Graduate with bachelor/master degree of Science, Life Science-related majors are more preferred
  • 8 years experience in Life Science industry with minimum 3 years proven records in nationwide channel management
  • Excellent knowledge on microbial instrument and pharmaceutical industry standards & regulations
  • Excellent English communications in both oral and written
  • Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
  • High energy, team player and capability of working under pressure
  • Self-motivated, decisive, initiative, open-minded, and detail-oriented
  • Willingness to travel domestically and internationally, including potential evening, weekend and holiday work
