Particles, Total Oil Content, Dew Point, Microbiological
As part of our complete Cleanroom Certification & Qualification Services, Particle Measuring Systems’ Clean Air Services (CAS) provides world class compressed gas cleanroom monitoring services, including particle counting, aerosol oil content, dew point, and microbiological. Compressed gases are viewed as critical utilities in many industries, whether in direct product contact or used in the greater cleanroom environment. Control of the environment in which Pharmaceutical, Hospital Operations, Food and Beverage, and Cosmetic and Personal Care products are manufactured is a key element of ISO and GMP Standards worldwide. We test in accordance with ISO 8573.
There are several aspects of compressed gas that must be evaluated for their impact on the system; including: particles, total oil content, dew point. Additionally, the absence of viable and non-viable contamination is considered a critical quality attribute due to its potential to dramatically impact the safety and efficacy of the product being manufactured or the client being treated.
Our highly trained CAS Technicians perform the compressed gas cleanroom monitoring services and remain current on relevant local and regional standards, so you don’t have to. Additionally, we use the information gathered as one piece of an overall picture characterizing the environmental risks to your clean area.
CAS uses industry-leading Lasair®III particle counters and MiniCapt® Mobile active air microbial testing instruments from Particle Measuring Systems. These instruments are fully calibrated by our in-house SCS 0118 certified laboratory. Additional state of the art instrumentation that CAS uses are fully calibrated by a 3rd party Swiss Accredited laboratory, thereby maintaining our impartiality. Audit ready calibration certificates are provided with your final report.
It is also our goal to help you effectively control ongoing contamination in your critical environments. We have the Compressed Gas monitoring solutions to meet your needs for ongoing process control. Contact us today for more information.
