Since the goal of Cleanroom Qualification is to provide evidence of the performance of a room from the process point-of-view; this information, together with other variables (temperature, relative humidity, differential air pressure, smoke studies, etc.) provides vital information about where to place continuous monitoring sites. It is important to identify and test the most critical and vulnerable sites in the process in order to maintain control of the environment. Air Velocity and Air Volume measurements are critical measurements required to effectively qualify a cleanroom or area and create an environmental monitoring plan based on risk analysis. (per ISO 14633 and Annex 1, Draft) Our highly trained CAS Technicians perform this testing and use the information gathered as one piece of an overall picture characterizing the environmental risks to the clean area.
