Update April 16th, 2020
Particle Measuring Systems (PMS) continues in its commitment to overcome the many challenges presented by the novel coronavirus (COVID-19). We remain focused on the safety of our employees and customers as we continue operationally to meet our customer needs.
PMS continues to track, and comply with, all local, state, federal and international directives and/or orders. Specific to our operations in Boulder, Colorado, USA, PMS has reviewed all current applicable orders and memoranda . At this time, PMS has a commercially viable plan that will allow continued operations under the exemptions contained in these orders. Specifically, PMS is considered a Critical and/or Essential Business pursuant to applicable orders. New federal, state or local orders could change this determination at any time. Until such time, however, PMS will support our customers with the same high service and quality they expect.
PMS will continue to follow the guidance from governmental agencies and leaders, as well as health agencies, at all our locations around the world. We are sustaining our practices of taking necessary precautions to protect our employees, including remote work, restricted travel, additional disinfection and sanitization measures, personal protective equipment and social distancing. Employee health and safety is paramount.
The situation remains fluid and PMS will respond to changing circumstances appropriately. Should there be any significant impact to our operations, we will provide updates on our website, and communicate with our customers and partners directly.
Kind regards,
John Mitchell
President, Particle Measuring Systems
