Mr. Cowan serves as President, Particle Measuring Systems (PMS). This marks a return to familiar territory, as he previously held the position of VP for Finance and Business Development at PMS from January 2016 to October 2018. Previously he served as President of Servomex, a sibling company to PMS. His career also includes significant roles at Spectris PLC, the parent company of both PMS and Servomex. Here he was the Interim Business Group Director and later the CFO of the ISD Division, bridging his experiences between PMS and Servomex.

Ms. Allen has worked in a variety of Accounting and Financial Planning & Analysis roles in her more than 10 years at Particle Measuring Systems, including Senior Accountant, Senior Business Partner, Manager, and Director of FP&A. She holds a BBA in Accounting as well as a BBA in Finance, holds active CPA licenses in multiple states, and prior to her tenure at PMS, she was an auditor for Pricewaterhouse Coopers. In her current position, she enjoys developing business intelligence for corporate key decision-making, cross-functional collaboration, and problem-solving. Outside of work, Amy enjoys Friday night movie nights with her family, trail cycling, and extended-family summer pool parties.

Mr. Knollenberg provides performance-leading solutions to the microelectronics, display, and industrial sectors. In his more than 15 years at Particle Measuring Systems, Brian has held various technical and leadership roles in product development, global applications, and general management. In addition to his experience at Particle Measuring Systems, Brian has held marketing and business leadership positions in the thin film vacuum process equipment industry. He is actively involved in several nonprofit organizations. Prior to his professional career, he served with the United States Army. When not at work, he spends time in the mountains hiking, fishing, and spending time with family.

Mr. Gromala has worked in a variety of roles during his years with Particle Measuring Systems, including western sales manager, applications engineering manager and director of service. In his current position, he enjoys corporate strategy development and implementation with a focus on technology and intellectual property creation. Jerry's career spans 30 years in the field of lasers and electro-optic technology, and he holds degrees in Engineering and Business. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his family, exercising, playing the guitar, and reading history.

Mr. Wiedmann brings with him a wealth of commercial and general management experience in global sales and business leadership roles across multiple industries. Most recently, he was with Danaher Group where he was Senior Sales Director DACH at Leica Microsystems. Prior to that, he held international sales and general management roles at Thermo Fisher Scientific and worked at Siemens, where he was responsible for business development and in-house consulting. Carsten earned an Executive MBA at WISO University, Nuremberg, and a Master of Science in Electrical Engineering at FAU, Erlangen. In his free time, he enjoys football (both European and American versions), skiing, swimming, and travel.

Mr. Hei started his career in Particle Measuring Systems as the General Manager for China and extended managerial scope to entire Asia region. William has served in multiple functions is his career including product marketing, solution sales, segment BU Head, and GM & board member of a listed company. William is experienced in managing hybrid sales and service organizations for key account management and business development. William is a certified trainer of KornFerry / Miller Heiman sales courses for Spectris Group. During his free-time, he enjoys reading, gym, traveling and spending time with his family.

Karen Kresonja joined Particle Measuring Systems in 2022 as Vice President of Information & Technology. She transitioned from Spectris plc. where she held various IT leadership positions across the group to drive strategic initiatives, adopt new technologies, and lead M&A IT due diligence. Prior to Spectris, Karen worked for Scantron Corporation as Vice President, IT Operations. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, is a Project Management Professional (PMP) and is Prosci Change Management Certified. Outside of work, Karen enjoys cycling, spending time with family and walking her dog.

Ms. Nasta joined Particle Measuring Systems in 2019 as Vice President of Human Resources. Her background in strategic planning, cultural transformation, compensation programs, benefits and rewards, and organizational development spans multiple business sectors, settings, and industries including leadership experience at Wells Fargo, Shell Oil, Noodles & Company, and Rocky Mountain Institute. Carol holds Bachelor’s degrees in English and Business, and an MBA from the University of South Dakota. Outside of work, she enjoys staying active with her three kids and dog, trail running, and traveling.

Mr. Kibe has been an integral part of Particle Measuring Systems since 2017, overseeing the company's global legal, ethics, and compliance initiatives. With a rich background that includes a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Engineering from the United States Military Academy and a Juris Doctor from the University of Colorado School of Law, Josh brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to his role. His career journey includes service in the United States Army before embarking on a legal career that spans over 16 years. This includes three years at a Denver law firm and a decade providing in-house counsel for two Fortune 250 companies before his tenure at Particle Measuring Systems. Outside of his professional life, Josh enjoys time with his family and being in the great outdoors.

Mike joined Particle Measuring Systems in July 2017 and is currently VP responsible for the company’s M&A and Strategic Planning functions. Mike has a degree in Electrical and Electronic Engineering from Napier University in Edinburgh, Scotland. Prior to joining Particle Measuring Systems he spent 25+ years in the Telecommunications industry, with three Fortune 500 companies, at progressive levels of seniority. When not at work, he enjoys spending time with his family and watching soccer.

Mr. Panofen is a distinguished leader in the Life Science industry, known for his role in advancing the sterility assurance business at Particle Measuring Systems. His extensive background in applied pharmaceutical microbiology has made him a sought-after speaker at international conferences, such as ECA and PDA, underlining his deep regulatory expertise in the pharmaceutical sector. Throughout his career, Frank has excelled in various roles, including sales, application support, and regional & product marketing. Outside of his professional endeavors, he is passionate about the outdoors and enjoys skiing, hiking, and biking. He also dedicates his time to supporting his handball club, serving both as a referee and a board member.

Mr. Davis joined Particle Measuring Systems in 2015 to lead the global Application Engineering team. In his current position, he is responsible for creating, executing, and improving after-sales support solutions. In addition to his experience at Particle Measuring Systems, John has held product line manager and product development roles in the thin film vacuum process equipment industry. He holds postgraduate degrees in Business and Engineering. Outside work, John enjoys spending time with his family, cross-country ski racing, and downhill skiing.
