Service/Calibration Scheduling: Boulder, Colorado

Particle Measuring Systems provides calibration and service scheduling for our Boulder, CO facility. This program allows you to use your instrument up to the pre-arranged date prior to sending it to Boulder for service. If you are sending your instrument to us from outside of the US, please check the HANDLING INFORMATION box on the AWB instructing the airlines that Schenker is our broker of import, ph: 720-859-6240. Please send the instrument to Particle Measuring Systems at 5475 Airport Blvd, Boulder, CO 80301, with ATTN: RMA #(insert the number you are assigned in a reply from our service department).

We will start work on the instrument on the scheduled date; turnaround time for calibration is five business days when service work is scheduled at least four 4 weeks in advance.
