How should I plumb my in-line particle counter? - Answer
Keep in mind all types of process piping (ie valves, flanges, flow controllers) will shed particles. To minimize the influence of this components consider installing your instrument at POD (point of distribution). For critical processes, a secondary measurement at POU (point of use) can safe-guard your product against process disruptions.
