Inline Liquid Particle Counters
LiQuilaz Inline Liquid Particle Counter
Question
Bubbles in my solution result in imperfections in my product. Is there a particle counter that can measure them?
Answer

This is common in platting type applications where bubbles prevent proper plating. All of our liquid particle counters will count the bubbles; in fact, any contaminant with a refractive index different from the solvent will reflect light and therefore be recorded as a particle. Inline or syringe samplers with 0.5 micron sensitivity would work well for this application. Our compression samplers on the other hand, compress the sample prior to taking the reading to help reduce false counting bubbles as particles; for this reason, these instruments would not be recommended for this application.

Without Measurement There Is No Control
