At what temperature, relative humidity and absolute humidity are cleanrooms certified?

Answer

When cleanrooms are certified for particulate cleanliness, the cleanroom temperature and humidity levels should be within the normal operating specifications for that cleanroom. The operating specifications for cleanrooms can vary considerably between industries. For example, temperature and humidity levels are much more tightly controlled in semiconductor cleanrooms than in aerospace cleanrooms.
