- What is the limit on how much tubing can bend (max. radii) vs. the inner diameter of the tubing?
- Can you please tell the sampling volume for ISO class?
- At what temperature, relative humidity and absolute humidity are cleanrooms certified?
- What is the frequency for performing a zero count on the LASAIR II 550L? How do you perform the zero count? What is the acceptance criterion for the zero count?
- What is the certification frequency required for HVAC Systems?
- Specifically, what is the number of leak tests per year, velocity, cleanliness, and other items required for HVAC Systems?
- Our Zero Count measurement is done weekly, with results at the ninth and tenth measurement being "0" for the 5.0,1.0, and 0.5 um particle sizes. Does the Lasair have a similar procedure?
- Can I sample pressurized gases?
- What sampling rate should I use?
- Where in my facility should I place aerosol particle counters to ensure I am effectively monitoring?
- Which particles counters should I use for spot checking versus continuous monitoring?
- I need to certify my cleanroom. Which particle counters are best for this?
- Per ISO, statistical analysis is required if the number of locations to be measured are (as the area calculated) >2 and < 9. If, based on my area, the number of locations to be sampled are 7, can I perform counting at extra locations (up to 10) and avoid the statistical analysis?
- What should the course of action be when the particle count exceeds 100 (0.5 micron) in class 100 ?
- In MLPC-101 HP specification the maximum particle sizing threshold is 5 micron. What is the reference to use these sizes in compressed air or nitrogen gas?
