Particle Measuring Systems introduces the LASAIR II 350L which counts particles as small as 0.3 microns while sampling at 50 LPM. The higher flow rate samples one cubic meter in only 20 minutes. The software walks the user through the full certification process and then automatically generates a full final report.

This particle counter has complete sampling and recipe features yet is simple to use. The Lasair, including the battery, weighs only 15.5 pounds, providing great portability, and comes with a chemically-resistant easy-to-sterilize cover.

Since the Sept 2003 EC regulatory changes, pharmaceutical manufacturers are required to take larger, more time-consuming samples. Where one cubic foot was adequate for portable particle monitoring, now one cubic meter is required per zone; the sample that only took 1 minute now takes 35 minutes. With the Lasair II 350L, you save 15 minutes per zone, reducing time and labor costs.
