Liquid Optical Particle Counter: HSLIS e-Series Particle Counter

The HSLIS e-series particle counter provides continuous real-time monitoring of particle contamination levels in DI water and process chemicals. The combination of high sensitivity and low cost make it ideal when large numbers of sensors are required. They provide sizing sensitivity down to 0.05 microns in DI water.

The HSLIS e-series product line of non-volumetric particle liquid monitors and spectrometers measure filter efficiency and particle contamination in ultra pure water and process chemicals. Sizing thresholds for the HSLIS family start at 0.05 µm for DI water and 0.065 µm for process chemicals with flow rates ranging from 100 to 300 ml per minute. The particle counter are available with 4 sizing channels. The spectrometers incorporate 16 sizing thresholds and offer exceptional resolution for research and quality control applications where stringent standards are required.

This particle counter is CE certified.
