The FacilityPro system provides central intelligence for your environmental monitoring system. The modular design and industrial automation architecture provides a versatile and robust platform. FacilityPro uses an industry standard 19-inch rack, incorporating modules which can include connections for particle and microbial sampling, I/O, power and vacuum.

Legacy sampling systems required a custom manifold system, remote sensor connections, secondary control of duplex vacuum pumps, and a data cabinet for all of the electronics and power. FacilityPro eliminates these legacy sampling systems and provides a complete central intelligence system in a central 19-inch rack. The result is a smaller footprint, simple integration for all environmental monitoring requirements via on-board analog/digital I/O modules, and greatly simplified system installation and validation.

Simple Installation
The modular architecture reduces installation time and costs by integrating critical infrastructure into a common platform. Traditional methods required a custom built vacuum manifold system, remote sensor connections to vacuum system, secondary control of duplex vacuum pumps, and a data cabinet for all the electronics and power. Many of these items required custom design and extensive validation. We have integrated all of those components for you into a single central system with standard 19-inch rack components, resulting in smaller footprint and simplified installation and validation.

Modular and Expandable
FacilityPro is composed of modules based on your project needs. Generally the system consists of a processor module, a power module with vacuum control, a combination of particle sensor modules and microbial collection modules each with their own integrated vacuum manifold, and analog/digital I/O modules. This modularity enables us to tailor the system to your exact requirements, while offering simple expandability to meet future needs.

FacilityPro SCADA Monitoring Software
The FacilityPro SCADA software provides the interface and supervisory control for the FacilityPro Environmental Monitoring System. Based on GE Proficy iFIX, FacilityPro SCADA is built upon a proven platform with solid security and stability, yet is flexible with highly configurable displays to meet application-specific needs.
