The original APSS_VIEW 21CFR program used files in the software for calibration information. These files were:

>10.cal for the 10 ml calibration

>20.cal for the 20 ml calibration

APPSView.ini for the offset information

SamplerSight-Pharma now downloads a cal string to the Liquilaz and uses that information for the calibration of the instrument. Therefore it may be necessary for SamplerSight-Pharma to read the APSS files and convert them into a cal string that can be downloaded to the Liquilaz. The following steps will explain that process.

The 10.cal, 20.cal and Apssview.ini files should be copied from C:\Apss_view\ to C:\Program

Files\ParticleMeasuring\SamplerSight-Pharma

Start SamplerSight-Pharma and click on View > Calibration

The calibrations should appear on this screen.

Click the area to the left of the desired calibration circled in red below to highlight the calibration and click the Download button circled in blue. You should receive a message that the calibration was downloaded successfully.
