Are Your Browser Cookies Blocked?

Cookies are used to keep track of information as you pass from one page to the next. The Web was not built to do that but ecommerce makes it necessary. Cookies help the systems to know which are your orders.

To set cookies so they are not blocked in your browser:

Microsoft's Internet Explorer

On the menu at the top of your browser, click on Tools and then Internet Options in the dropdown menu. Click on the Privacy tab and set the cookie slider to anything other than "Block All Cookies" or "High." Finally, click OK to set your changes.
If your IE is different, for help select the Help option from the menu bar within your browser.

Firefox and Mozilla

On the menu at the top of your browser, click on Tools and then Options in the dropdown menu. Click on Privacy and then Cookies. Click a check in the small box in front of "Allow sites to set cookies" You may also want to check "for the original web site only" Finally, click OK to set your changes.

IE on the Mac

Open Internet Explorer Preferences and go to Edit / Preferences / Receiving Files / Cookies. Click the radio button next to anything other than "Never accept." Finally, click OK to set your changes.

AOL on a PC

(1) My AOL / Preferences / WWW
(2) Security / set to Custom / Cookies -> Enable for both options
    Or - Advanced / Security / Cookies -> Always accept cookie
Finally, click OK to set your changes.
