Export Information

Particle Measuring Systems maintains an Export Controls Compliance program which governs our business practices and transactions. We comply with US Export Controls Laws and all US trade restrictions and embargoes. All transactions and collaboration partners are screened against entity lists worldwide to assist in ongoing compliance with Export Regulations.

Our products are regulated under the Export Administration Regulations and while most items are classified as EAR99, some products bear other classifications. Typically, export licenses are not required to ship our products to most destinations.
