  1. Please enter a complete list of the parts to be tested, including:
    1. dimensions,
    2. materials of construction, and
    3. basic description (i.e. tray, FOUP, solid part, etc)
    Note: If there are any parts not on the list that might need occasional testing, please include them on the list.
  2. Can all of the parts be tested in a beaker?
  6. Is it necessary to control the temperature of the water?
  7. Which water flow is preferable?
  10. Note: Rooms > class 1000 will require the HEPA filter option.
  11. Is a supply of truly clean dry air, or N2 capable of supplying 2 CFM @ 80 - 150psi readily available?
  12. Is a supply of DI water capable of supplying 10 LPM @ 60psi readily available?
  13. Are there any other special requirements not mentioned here?
