Sistema de Manifold para o uso com contador de partículas

Ideal para a análise de tendências e para a verificação do estado do ambiente nas salas limpas quando um sistema de monitoramento contínuo não é necessário.

Aerosol Manifold II
Vantagens
  • Cost Effective:
  • Most economical monitoring of fixed points at timed intervals; lowest cost per sample location
  • Ability to sample much larger area than single particle counter
  • Ethernet communications to facility monitoring system
  • Flexible:
  • Has an easily programmed sampling routine, whether simple or complex sequences
  • Automatically changes sampling recipe upon receiving alarm or external signal
  • Easily replaces older AM 12/24/30 manifolds
  • Has large coverage radius: Each sampling point can be up to 125 feet away
  • Rapid and Accurate Measurements:
  • Using LASAIR II's patented flow control, this is the only manifold that properly compensates for manifold pressure drop eliminating systematic particle undercounting of up to 15%
  • Maintains constant flow (nominal 3 CFM) at each sample location to minimize gravitational settling
  • With isokinetic sampling probes, captures particles at same velocity as sample air, preventing distortion in particle size relationships
Aplicações
  • Facility particle monitoring
  • Monitoring large minienvironments
  • Cleanroom verification and trend analysis

Selecting an Aerosol Particle Counter (360.5 KB)

Air sampling at various locations within a cleanroom facility can be performed effectively using an aerosol manifold. There are two methods for using this device. One approach is multiplexing sample air from a number of sample locations into a single particle counter. This procedure offers the most economical way to monitor multiple points at timed intervals.

Another approach is to use a particle sensor that continuously monitors the mixed air from the individual sampling points while using an aerosol manifold and particle counter. When the sensor detects a rise in counts from the mixed air which exceeds a predetermined alarm level, the particle counter will examine each manifold port to locate the problem.

Each manifold can be programmed for single sampling at one location or executed in a user-defined sequence. The aerosol manifolds are designed to achieve a consistent flow rate of 3 CFM at each sample location.

This particle counter is CE certified.
