Contador de Partículas óptico para líquidos e àgua deionizada (DI): HSLIS M50e
The HSLIS e-series particle counter provides continuous real-time monitoring of particle contamination levels in DI water and process chemicals. The combination of high sensitivity and low cost make it ideal when large numbers of sensors are required. They provide sizing sensitivity down to 0.05 microns in DI water.

The table below shows how the sample volume rate differences between particle counters affects the time needed to measure a specific volume of fluid. If the particle concentration is 0.5 particeles/mL, only 20 particles will normally be detected in a 40 mL volume.
| Particle Counter |
Sample Volume |
Time to Measure 1L Fluid |
Time to Measure 40mL Fluid |
|---|---|---|---|
| Ultra DI50 particle counter | 3.75 mL/min | 4.4 Hours | 10.6 minutes |
| HSLIS M50 particle counter | 0.25 mL/min | 2.8 Days | 2 Hours 40 minutes |
| Competitors | 0.1 mL/min | 6.9 Days | 6 Hours 40 minutes |
The HSLIS e-series product line of non-volumetric particle liquid monitors and spectrometers measure filter efficiency and particulate contamination in ultra pure water and process chemicals. Sizing thresholds for the HSLIS family start at 0.05 µm for DI water and 0.065 µm for process chemicals with flow rates ranging from 100 to 300 ml per minute. The particle counter are available with 4 sizing channels. The spectrometers incorporate 16 sizing thresholds and offer exceptional resolution for research and quality control applications where stringent standards are required.
This particle counter is CE certified.
