We are looking for a Service Technician I to trouble-shoot, repair and calibrate environmental equipment in our Boulder Service Center. Will also provide technical support and training to customers.

• Supports all customer calibration and/or maintenance contracts on both aerosol and liquid instruments
• Conducts training for customers and PMS service technicians in-house
• Researches and resolves customers' disputes and problems
• Acts as a liaison between customers and various departments
• Knowledge of helium neon lasers, semiconductor lasers, colleting and condensing optics
• Knowledge of A/D and D/A converters, microprocessors, analog and digital circuits
• Knowledge of installing and operating Facility Net a plus

Position Requirements

• Associates Degree in Electronics or military equivalent, minimum
• Ability to read schematics in English
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently
• Some travel required
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs
• Team player focused on customer satisfaction and quality, with a sense of urgency
